A service call is opened by the coordinator who assigns an engineer to do the job. The engineer provides his service, updates spares replacements, updates his expense statement and closes the call.
Application allows management of coordinators, engineers, spares, clients, end users and category of calls.
Call management interface allows filter calls by date and sort by category, antenna size, customer name, site ID, MOCN No., status, site health, call open date, call close date and field engineer date. It also allows viewing spares replacement details and field expense reports.
